On the sidelines of the India-Saudi Investment Forum organized by the Ministry of Investment in the capital city of Delhi in India - we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wirepas to facilitate the development of our business operations in the field of smart metering and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) within the Indian market. This strategic collaboration encompasses the management of over 20 million metering points.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Badr AlBadr, Saudi Deputy Minister for Investors Outreach, and Ms. Nivruti Rai, Managing Director and CEO of Invest India.

Eng. Amer Al Ajmi, EVP, represented Alfanar Projects at the forum and the signing ceremony, along with Teppo Hemiä, CEO of Wirepas.
